wet the coat thoroughly before applying. work a small amount gently and avoiding the eyes. rinse well until the water runs completely clear. follow with the gentle conditioner to restore softness and seal the coat. if unsure, do a patch test before use.
after rinsing the conditioner, slide your hands into the pockets and pat the coat dry. for dogs who find drying stressful, keep your movements slow and predictable. air dry the towel between uses.
